Lindsay Kiriakos

Lindsay Kiriakos was born in Montreal, Canada, but moved to Los Angeles, California when he was five years old. After getting not one but two degrees during his four years at Stanford University, he enrolled in the elite University of Pennsylvania's medical school - an institution founded in 1740.

Kiriakos had aspired to become a psychiatrist since childhood. This was influenced in great part by his father and elder sister, who are also involved in the profession. He completed his Psychiatry Residency at the similarly outstanding University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Semel Neuropsychiatric Institute following graduation.

Lindsay Kiriakos obtained his medical degree from the Medical School of the University of Pennsylvania. During the same time period, he also received the graduate prize for "Excellence in Psychiatry"; this was undoubtedly a favorable sign for the future.

His residency in "Adult Psychiatry" was subsequently completed at the UCLA Semel Neuropsychiatric Institute. Here, he served as the Interpersonal Psychotherapy Clinic's Chief Resident. His rapid ascent through the ranks and subsequent rise to prominence would be a recurring theme throughout his life.
